How much would a website cost?

The cost of a website depends on the needs of your business, if you are looking for a simple space to advertise your services, prices can range from $100 – $5,000, however, if you are looking for more advanced functions from your website, such as client portals or a way for your clients to process payments and purchase items directly through your website, the cost of your website may increase as a result, take a look at our E-Commerce section if you are looking to start an online business. 

Due to the complex nature of creating a website, and the many factors involved in creating the perfect website for you, we advise that you contact us and schedule a consultation if you would like an accurate quote for our services. 


How long before the whole website is up and running?

Building your website will take up 3-6 weeks in most cases, however, if you have numerous custom modifications that have been requested, this may cause the website to take longer to create. Rest assured, we will always keep you updated on the progress of your website and give you access to the website while we are developing it, so you can monitor the stages of development and advise us of any changes if necessary. 

Do I have to be in Canada to work with your team?

You can be anywhere in the world, we have clients from all countries and are happy to work with anyone who share the same passion for expressing themselves through artistic web design. However, please note that we only speak English natively but we will be happy to use translators to work with you if their is a language barrier. 

What if I want to update my website myself once it is finished?

This is something that we highly encourage! We have services in place where we are able to connect with you via any online telecommunication service and schedule a training session to better inform you on how to update and make changes to your website. We strongly recommend you consult with a professional before making drastic changes to your website but minimal changes such as adding/deleting posts, editing text and images in pages is something that can easily be taught to you or a member on your team to reduce costs. Will you be able to maintain my website for me?

We have a wide range of options for our current clients in helping them maintain their website, whether it is adding/removing blog posts or products on your website, or having scheduled backups of your website on a frequent basis in case of a catastrophe, we have got you covered!

If we have built your website, we schedule a final meeting after the completion of the website to review all your options regarding maintenance plans and whether it is viable to have someone in your business update your website for you using one of our online training sessions, or having one of our members update your website for you. This is all dependent on the complexity of your website and we will give you honest feedback regarding the route you should take, because after all, we want your business to grow to the best it can be!

Which plan should I go for?

The plan you should choose really depends on the scale and size of your business along with any other custom modifications you may desire. The basic plan is ideal for small businesses such as restaurants that want their footprint on the internet. The advanced plan would be more for lawyers, accountants and other professionals that would like to give more information to their potential clients.

The advanced plan would be a logical upgrade for a professional that would like to offer more services for their clients, incorporating addons such as a client portal, a secure telecommunication interface and a FTP-based storage drive for your clients to send/receive information from you.

Do you provide website and domain hosting services?

We are able to purchase your domain name for you, renew it on a timely basis so it does not expire and provide hosting services for your website and company emails. 

It is very important to renew your domain name regularly as you run the risk of having your domain purchased by people with malicious intents who will then try and sell you your domain back for an exorbitant price. We have seen this occur in many instances which is why we provide this service to ensure that you do not ever put yourself in a tense situation of that nature.

Hosting is very important for your website, you need a host that is fast, secure with lots of scalability. We have got you covered, our servers are linux-based ,PCI compliant and provide you with lots of bandwidth and storage at a reasonable price. We will not try to upsell you on hosting services that you will never use, which is why we prefer consult with you to better understand your business and advise you on a hosting plan that fits your needs before we host your website.

Who writes the content for my website?

We have copywriters on our team that will write the content of your website with SEO and creativity in mind. We understand that you may or may not want to utilize our SEO and digital marketing services in the beginning, however, it is imperative to have your website optimized for SEO should you want to broaden your audience in the future. 

Our copywriter is capable of writing engaging content along with keeping the fundamental rules of SEO in mind. 

How do you source the photos for my website?

We use Shutterstock as a primary source for your images but we also have a photographer on our team who can meet you anywhere in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to take professional photos of your business/team. 

We are dedicated to bringing you to the pinnacle of web design and will ensure the photos we use match the vision for your website. 

Is SEO included in my website development?

SEO and Digital Marketing is a service we offer alongside our Web Design services, due to the complex nature of SEO and digital marketing and the costs associated with it, we have decided to offer this as a separate service that you may purchase alongside the other services we provide.

What forms of payment do you accept?
